The space 🏡 Our home is equipped to offer you a pleasant experience, whether traveling for work, rest, or with your family. 🧑‍🍳 Equipped kitchen: We have a full kitchen with white line (stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and blender), plus basic utensils so you can prepare your favorite dishes. 🛋️ Ground floor: Spacious and bright living room area. TV/studio room with sofa bed for 2 people, comfortable armchair and Smart TV with access to your streaming platforms. Backyard divided into two zones: Outdoor area for smokers. Utility space with laundry. 🛌 Second floor: 3 rooms equipped with closet, hanger, iron and ironing board. 2 full baths with body soap dispensers, shampoo, towels and hair dryer. The master bedroom features Smart TV to enjoy your series or movies from the comfort of the bed. 🚗 Parking: There is a covered garage for one vehicle and space available on the bench for a second car without a problem. 🌳 Common areas: Within the private you will find play areas and recreational areas for the common use of residents. 👥 Additional Guests When booking, make sure to enter the number of guests correctly. The additional per person extra, per night charge applies. Guest access 🔑 Guest access Access is autonomous and is done remotely. One of our hosts will be available via courier to assist you during your arrival and send you the check-in instructions. *It will be important that you send your official ID by message to validate your identity, if you do not present it, the reservation may be canceled* 📌 Once check-in is complete, there are no time restrictions to enter or exit the private one. Long 🧼 stays: For reservations of more than 3 nights, we include intermediate cleaning service at no additional cost every third day. 📄 Invoicing available: Need a tax invoice?
