The quiet atmosphere🍃, the modern and functional decoration🛋️, and the well-distributed spaces will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive😊. The space 🏡 Our home is equipped to offer you a pleasant experience, whether you are traveling for work, rest or with your family. 🧑‍🍳 Equipped kitchen: We have a full kitchen with appliances (stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and blender), as well as basic utensils so you can prepare your favorite dishes. 🛋️ Ground floor: Spacious and bright living-dining room area. TV/study room with sofa bed for 2 people, comfortable armchair and Smart TV with access to your streaming platforms. Backyard divided into two areas: Outdoor smoking area. Service space with laundry. 🛌 Top floor: 3 rooms equipped with a closet, coat rack, iron and ironing board. Two full bathrooms with body soap dispensers, shampoo, towels, and hair dryer. The master bedroom features a Smart TV to enjoy your series or movies from the comfort of your bed. 🚗 Parking: There is a covered garage for one vehicle and space available on the sidewalk for a second car without any problem. 🌳 Common areas: Within the complex, you will find playgrounds and recreation areas for the common use of residents. 👥 Additional Guests When booking, make sure you enter the correct number of guests. An additional charge applies per extra person, per night. Guest access 🔑 Guest access Access is autonomous and is done remotely. One of our hosts will be available via courier to assist you during your arrival and send you the check-in instructions. *It will be important that you send your official ID by message to validate your identity, if you do not present it, the reservation may be canceled* For security reasons, we do not accept reservations for third parties. The person who makes the reservation must be present at our accommodation. 📌 Once check-in is complete, there are no time restrictions to enter or exit the private one. A government-issued ID will be required to enter. 🧼 Extended stays: For reservations longer than 3 nights, we include intermediate cleaning service at no additional cost every third day. 📄 Billing available: Need a tax bill? For hygiene issues, we apply a one-time deep cleaning fee per stay. 🔒 LIST OF PENALTIES FOR BREACH OF RULES Failure to comply with any of the following rules may result in additional charges, immediate cancellation of the stay without the right to a refund, and/or direct report to Airbnb, depending on the seriousness of the violation. Misuse of common areas • Penalty: $500 – $1,500 MXN, depending on the case 16. Moving furniture without authorization • Penalty: $500 MXN 17. Commercial use, recordings or unauthorized activities • Penalty: $2,000 MXN 🧼 CLEANING AND CONDITIONS 18. Leaving the accommodation in an unsanitary condition • Penalty: $1,000 – $2,500 MXN 19. Inadequate disposal of garbage or waste • Penalty: $500 MXN 🛠️ DAMAGE AND MISSING ITEMS 20. Damage to furniture, facilities or amenities • Charge according to damage valuation + repair 21. Missing keys, controls, textiles or accessories • Charge according to replacement 22.
