As an important place in Tokyo’s history, Mitaka area is always loved by many novelists and cartoonists. You can explore this area for famous animation scenes and some of the best research universities in Japan, you can also enjoy Ghibli Museum, Inokashira Park and other tourist attractions nearby. The rooms is on the 4th floor with NO elevator. So please be careful. Easy to go to Kichijoji or Shinjuku by JR Chuo line conveniently. The space -Just 5-min walk from JR Mitaka station. It's a 9-min walk to the GHIBI MUSEUM. Your kids would love Inokashira Park Zoo, which is located about 12 min walk distance. You can also enjoy one of beautiful Japanese temple, Jindaiji with the botanical garden. - 2 bedrooms having 2 single beds and 3 sofa beds are available for up to 5 people. We have prepared quilts for summer, winter and popular blankets (n-warm). -We have refrigerator, electric kettle, hair dryer, towels, shampoo & conditionner and body soap. No pajamas, glasses, cups, plates and utensils. Please prepare by yourselves if need. -There are many restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, supermarkets nearby. Super convenient area for dining-out and shopping. I will send you a houseguide including the direction from Airport and how to check-in, plus some other useful information for your stay. Guest access -You and your party can use the entire room with 100% privacy. -The room is no smoking. -Please keep quiet in the house Other things to note -Sorry, we have no elevator available in this building. you can use the narrow stairs to reach the 4th floor. Please be careful if there are small children in your group or you have heavy luggages. -At check-in, you need to verify your identity with the operator at the entrance. Thank you for your cooperation. -Please take off your shoes at the entrance door. Shoes are not allowed in the room. -Smoking is strictly prohibited in this building. -No pajamas, slippers, glasses are provided. Please prepare by yourselves if need. -No Stove and kitchen supplies provided. -Please do not flush anything down the toilet except prepared toilet paper. It may clog the pipes. -Please do not touch the WiFi machine. The network in the bedrooms might be a little weak, but that is normal. WiFi in living room should be pretty strong. -Please take away the garbage that can’t be in the trash boxes provided in the room. -Do not use electric kettle and blower at the same time. -If you accidentally damage the furniture and spare parts, please contact the manager as soon as possible. Just in case, please sign the “Power of Attorney" for the insurance. The Power of Attorney is in the yellow file that is prepared in the room. We have Japanese, English or Chinese versions. -Taking commercial photos and anything violating Public Order and Morality is forbidden in this property. -Usually, the beddings and towels will be prepared according to the number of guests registered at the reservation. -Check out time is 11:00 AM. Please allow me to charge 2000yen per hour. That is the penalty cost for the cleaner. -Please keep quiet during the night -Practice of musical instruments are not allowed. -Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when leave the flat. - I'll send you a link for you to input information of all party members. Once you input required information, I'll send you your "reservation code". Your reservation will be confirmed when you get the reservation code. - I'll send you the house guide followed by the confirmation code.
