This is a full weekly rental, with check-in on Friday, Saturday or Sunday only. Although you can stay less than a week, the rental always needs to be for 7 nights. The space Complete apartment, totally private. Kitchen can be partial (microwave and refrigerator) or complete (with stove and dishwasher), all equipped. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Guest access Resort in a great location, with parking (only cars, no boats, RVs, trucks and buses allowed). Wi-Fi included. The resort has 6 swimming pools. Close to the Resort there are markets and restaurants within a short walk. Very safe neighborhood to walk around. For other amenities outside the resort, we recommend going by car due to the distances. Other things to note At the time of booking, please provide the name, home address, and email address of only one adult who will be present at check-in. It's important to note that the guest must be present at this time. Must be 21+ years of age at check-in. The Resort will only hand over the keys to this person. If changed, a $99.00 fee will be charged for a new authorization certificate. The limit of 4 people (including children) must be observed. A security deposit of $150.00 is required via credit card at check-in, refunded at the end of the stay. Additional amounts to be paid (per week) directly to the Resort and are not included in the listing price and the amount paid to Airbnb: 1) Amenity fee of $30.00 for use and maintenance of Wi-Fi, swimming pools, pool towels, gym, business center, etc. 2) Cleaning fee of $45.00 per week. Check with Reception about additional cleaning throughout the week. Breakfast or meals are not included. The units may change the decor and furniture, but always maintain the facilities mentioned. The Resort has rules of conduct and hygiene (COVID-19) that must be respected.
