Our 40 m² studio is located in the basement of our house where 4 of us live on the 1st floor. It is located north of Hauteville, 2 minutes from the city center and its shops (supermarket, sports complex, casino, etc.) and less than 10 minutes from the ski slopes (1000 m altitude) and hospitals. The space The accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen, 2 140 x 190 beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. A small garden runs along the property and a small sheltered terrace is available. We provide our garage to store equipment such as skiing, hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle or other equipment except cars. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the 40 m² studio + 9 m² terrace + 75 m² garden that runs along the studio. Other things to note Breakfast is included in the price. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, a filter coffee maker, toaster, induction stove, dishes and dishwasher, kettle, oven and microwave.
