Independent, sunny & full eco-friendly apt. in a newly built chalet with a fantastic mountain view, next to the walking trails, only 8 mins by car from Crans Montana. It is decorated in full respect of the mountain chalet style but with pieces of art from London and Italy. The apt. is quiet, in countryside and off-the-grid. If you wish to have breakfast kissed by the sun in privacy before skiing/walking & watching the sunset over a glass of wine, this is the right place for you! The space The apartment is tranquil, a bit off the main road and eco-friendly as powered by solar panels. The apartment is "stand-alone" and located on the ground floor of a newly built chalet, with an independent entrance for the guests. The house/apartment has received light/sun since the morning; The door entrance is in glass; indoor &outdoor blinds have been installed to create a shadow when needed and complete privacy. The apartment has a dining room open to the entrance with a walnut table for breakfast/lunch/dinner, 4 chairs and a big new plasma TV displaying painting pictures (Picasso, Klimt, Monet, Manet, etc.) when in standby mode. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, 2 hobs, oven (Bosch), toast maker, kettle, pans&pots, Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer. The dining room has a brand new 1 sofa bed x 2 people. On the right end side of the corridor, there is a white door covering a brand-new washing machine (Siemens) and dryer (Bosch). Washing tablets are included in the price. After the washing/dryer, there is the door to enter the new luxury bathroom in mountain style decorated with antic art from London. The bathroom has big, medium, and small towels, a hair drier, lavender shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, single-use slippers. The bathroom has a box shower and heating ski boots installed. At the end of the corridor a small furniture with wooden hangers to hang clothes and an iron board with iron. Upstairs on the mezzanine (with a 110 cm ceiling) is a brand new comfortable King size futon bed with two side lamps in retro style and a black furniture to put clothes in. Outdoor, there is a table for romantic breakfasts and dinners with an oil lamp to create a cozy atmosphere. To avoid clutter, a wooden ski/snowboard closet is on the outdoor corner. Guests can park for free in front (3-4 meters) of the apartment due to the private road of the owner. We have 2 parking spaces outside. At the owner's discretion, guests could access the main terrace (90 sqm) and use the 90 cm circumference fire iron-made disk under owner surveillance. The patio, in case, is a shared space with the chalet's owner. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults, 2 children or 4 adults. Guest access Up to 2 free parking spaces allocated in front of the apartment main entrance ( approx 3- 4 meters) in a private road. The apartment is located at the 0 floor for an ease access. The apartment has an independent entrance from the parking area. Glass door entrance and big window with indoor/outdoor blinds for privacy. Guest have their private outdoor table in front of the apartment entrance. At the owner's discretion, guests could access the main terrace (90 sqm) and use the 90 cm circumference fire iron-made disk under owner surveillance, dominating 180 degrees of the Valais mountains. The patio, in case of access, is a shared space with the chalet's owner. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults, 2 children or 4 adults. Other things to note Ski-boot dryer included allocated inside the bathroom. We take care of our guest providing lactose-free and gluten-free products. A bottle of wine is always provided as a gift and welcome. Private BBQ, Raclette and Fondue set with utensils for guests. The house/apartment is in countryside, next to the yellow walking trails.
