Guest house in the middle of nature!

Here, natural simplicity is combined with convenience for a relaxing stay. With the forest just outside the door, you're close to hiking trails and mushroom-rich fields with both moose and deer. Seek silence on our spacious wooden deck overlooking the soothing stream. A place for recovery where you can let go of everyday stress and replenish with new energy in a relaxing environment. Warm welcome! The space A cozy guest house that is about 54 sqm in 2 floors. Built on the back of a large garage. Downstairs, there is a fully-equipped kitchen, living room and toilet. One floor up, there is a large and cozy bedroom with a 180 cm double bed. Please note that there is a steep staircase to the second floor. If you have trouble walking up stairs, there is a large and sturdy sofa bed downstairs that is 160 cm when extended. Outside the accommodation, there is a large patio deck on the floor that is a lovely place to relax. Duvets and pillows are included as well as blankets. Sheets, duvet covers, towels and pillowcases are not included but can be rented if necessary for 8 euros per set. Hot tub is available at the apartment and can be rented for 40 euros per occasion but discount for more days. It is important if you want to book the hot tub to let us know beforehand so we can raise the temperature before arrival. We have TV but no TV channels. Chromecast is available where you can stream your content from your computer or phone Final cleaning is your responsibility at checkout. Can also be purchased for 60 euros. All necessary cleaning equipment is available in the accommodation. If you clean yourself, it is important to leave the apartment in good condition so the next person can move in without problems. Instructions are available in a binder in the accommodation. Coffee, tea and various spices are included. Guest access The entire property is available to guests. Other things to note Dogs are allowed. However, no cats due to allergies. The host house is in the yard. You have your accommodation in a different direction, so you will not be disturbed by the other accommodation. Two small dogs are in the yard and will be happy to greet you. Electric cars can be charged with us at a price of SEK 4/kWh. Hot tub can be rented for 40 euros for one day, 60 euros for 2 days and then 10 euros extra per day. A whole week costs 100 euros. To the extent that we can, we always welcome our guests in person.
