The space Our Main Villa is a beautiful A frame open concept home that sleeps up to 6 guests. Please see photos. The Master Bedroom has a King-sized Bed and Half Bathroom is located on the 2nd floor with a widows walk and open Balcony giving 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean. The first floor opens to the living, Dining, Kitchen and 1 Bedroom areas. The bedroom on the first floor is also open and is separated only by dividers. It has a Full-Size Bunk bed that sleeps 4. There is a separate Queen-Sized Murphy bed in the living room area that sleeps two additional persons. The Villa is also fully equipped with air conditioning split units for our guest's comfort. Our amenities include fishing poles, kayak, floaters, goggles, flippers and other water gear. Our home is a perfect space for a couple that chooses to elope, small family, friend groups, yoga retreats, writers, fishermen/women or for those simply seeking to disconnect and relax away from the mainland. This home operates on fuel generator therefore we limit our group size to 6 individuals in order to ensure an amazing experience. Water and energy conservation is extremely important while staying on the island to we ask that guests are mindful of this and adhere to water and energy conservation rules while staying at the property. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the main villa. The cottage is not available to guests. Other things to note The home is not connected to the mainland. Fees include one pick up upon arrival, one drop off back to the Marina upon departure, 1 custom guided boat activity tour that may include snorkeling or fishing depending on weather conditions and Captain availability. Guests are not transported to the island after 5:00pm. Please keep this in mind when making flight reservations and factor in additional time to arrive at the Marina which is 30 minutes from the airport. Any other arrangements can be made with the captain directly or guests may rent or bring their own boat. The Villas operate on Solar energy and has a backup generator which has to be turned on at night or during a cloudy day. Water is from our underground water reserve collected from rainwater harvesting. Pets are limited to 1 and under 20lbs Guests will provide their own food and essentials. Our property manager can take care of shopping for a separate fee if guests prefer for it to be done stocked with food prior to their arrival. requests have to be made at least 3 days in advance.
