Barn with Hot Tub, Fire Pit and Underfloor Heating

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. PLEASE NOTE for health and safety reasons we exclude children under 8 years of age The space Our luxury cottage is located in a tranquil valley setting further along from the site of a former water mill. Sitting back from the River Inny, so peaceful you can just hear the faint sound of the river. The outside space includes a modern fire pit which doubles up as a BBQ with all the utensils needed along with patio table, chairs and parasol. Enjoy alfresco dining with the fire pit lit whilst listening to the hot tub bubbling away (The hot tub is under cover whatever the weather and has fairy lights around to add some soft lighting). Internally the property has been finished to a very high standard with beautiful exposed oak beams. The spacious open plan living area includes a bar with stools so you can chat whilst cooking and enjoying drinks. The large bathroom includes a modern walk in shower and a roll top bath. For health and safety reasons we exclude children under 8 years of age Means of escape -fire egress /exits from bedrooms and bathroom areas (albeit on ground floor level) may not be suitable for those with serious Mobility issues. **Please note our nightly rate includes everything required to keep the hot tub lit, along with dried timber for the fire pit. We also light the hot tub every day at times convenient to you during your stay. Smoking and vaping is permitted in outside areas only -please use only the outside metal bin provided A change in fire regulations to guest paying accommodation means we must exclude charging vaping materials/e cigarettes on the premises and their disposal of. The use of cigarettes and vapes is allowed in outside areas only Please note we do not have the facility to charge electric vehicles or e bikes. One of the single beds is slightly bigger than the other - the smaller single bed is a trundle. The hot tub is chemically treated with Bromine
