cozy apartment a few steps from Lake Alserio, quiet and quiet area. apartment on two floors, first floor with room with a one and a half square bed equipped with a desk and closet, bathroom with bathtub, equipped kitchen, dining table,sofa and television. upstairs there is the second room with double bed, single bed and bathroom with toilet and sink. Places of interest: Lake Como 10 km reachable by bus, Bellagio 20 km, Milan 40 km, Lecco 18 km The space I lived in the house with my children for several years spending beautiful moments between its cozy walls, wooden ceilings and stone floors. But the thing that made me fall in love are the views that you can enjoy from the windows and in particular from the bed of the double bedroom in the attic, waking up with the lake in my eyes is a priceless spectacle in every different and magical season with the change of time... but I do not want to ruin the surprise......... to see and live. Guest access The guests of the house will have at their disposal the whole apartment; a small but well equipped kitchen with everything you can need to prepare a good dinner. The living room with TV and sofa. Two rooms where you can enjoy your privacy each with a "private" bathroom. The house is quite spacious despite being just over 80 square meters of walkable surfaces. Other things to note This is the first time for us from (hosts) so we hope to be able to live up to expectations and to be able to transmit in turn the hospitality that in our trips we are so pleased to find.
