First House is an apartment nestled in the heart of Siena, just 600 meters from Piazza del Campo, and close to all the city's attractions. Perfect for travelers with or without a car! We provide a complimentary covered parking spot just 50 meters from the apartment, outside the restricted traffic zone, along with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The apartment accommodates up to 3 guests and features a living room with kitchenette, one double bedroom, one single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The space You will find a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, American coffee machine, espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the dishes you need. In addition, there are two smart TVs, a 24-inch in the kitchen and a 32-inch in the double bedroom. All the windows are fitted with mosquito screens and you will find air conditioning and heating. The apartment is incredibly convenient for both leisure and business travelers alike. With fast Wi-Fi and three dedicated workspaces within the house, guests can easily utilize the apartment as a base for digital nomads or remote workers. The entire apartment is at your disposal. Guest access The apartment is located on the second floor and can be reached by climbing only 33 steps. It is located in a quiet area, but during the Palio of Siena (beginning of July and mid-August) the area becomes more lively. Guests have a free covered parking space (maximum height 2 meters, maximum width 2 meters) 50 meters from the apartment and outside the traffic limit zone. The parking space is very close to the apartment and in a safe area. Other things to note We ask our guests to respect the check-in (4:00pm) and check-out (11:00am) times, even for the reserved parking space. Please note that the cleaning staff will have access to the apartment at 11:00am on the day of your check-out.
