RM100 will be incurred for each lost card. To ensure that all cards are returned, please send us a video as a proof that you have returned them in the letter box during check-out. 2. Vandalism will not be tolerated. We put a lot of effort maintaining a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Thus, please treat the property with respect and care. Reimbursement will be claimed for any damages caused. 3. Excessive drinking is not allowed in our property. Reimbursement will be requested via Airbnb for any lost or damaged item. 4. Smoking, drug use, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 5. No parties allowed in our place. 6. Cooking is not allowed in the property. 7. No durians inside the house. 8. Please do not move the furniture especially the queen size mattress and the sofa bed. If you do, please move it back to the original place before checking out. Thanks for your cooperation. 9. The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 13. If we found that the number of guests exceeds this limit, the host reserves the right to reject the stay, and no refund will be provided. Please communicate with the host if you are planning to have more than 13 people in the property. 10. Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is at 11am. Early check-in or late check-out has to be requested in advance, subject to availability. We charge RM50 per hour as we will need to arrange more housekeepers to finish cleaning by 3pm before the next guests check in.
