The Undine

Ondine is a detached villa located in the center of Torre Canne. Just a few meters from the beach, you can easily reach it on foot. Walking along it, you will encounter both private beaches and areas that are still free and set in the nature of the place. We therefore point out the proximity of the Coastal Dunes Park, as well as that of the major villages of tourist interest, between Valle d'Itria and Salento: Ostuni, Cisternino, Locorotondo, and Martina Franca. The space Recently built, L'Ondine is protected by a sober border wall that will guarantee you absolute privacy. In the small but cozy garden that surrounds it, you will be able to rest in the shade of camphor and eugenia and take advantage of this space as you prefer. A table and outdoor chairs will be at your disposal; the presence of a shower will also give you a few minutes of refreshment at the end of a day at the beach. Guest access The Ondine is spread across three floors. The ground floor is the living area. Here you will find an efficient and complete modern kitchen, dining table, living room, TV and a courtesy toilet equipped with all amenities, including a comfortable shower. The first floor is the sleeping area. Along the corridor you will find: two bedrooms, both featuring a private balcony overlooking the garden. In one room there are two single beds, while in the other there is a double bed. In total, we offer four beds with the possibility of adding only one. On the same floor there is also the second toilet, equipped with all services, including a comfortable shower. Finally, the third and last floor will give you access to a private terrace. Other things to note - At check-in, the guest must present a valid government-issued ID and sign the tourist rental agreement as required by the relevant legislation. A proforma copy of the contract may be requested by the guest in the days prior to arrival. - Upon arrival, the payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Fasano, equal to €2.00 per day per guest, up to a maximum of 7 days, will be required in cash. Children up to 12 years of age are exempt from payment.
