When you arrive, take some time to relax in the hammock chairs while you unwind as you look over the woods below. Since we are 8min away from i71, and 5min from the 275 loop, all of Cincinnati is within close reach! (Kings Island= 15min, Downtown Cincinnati= 26min) *You WILL hear life happening from above on the upper level (*our two-year-old typically wakes up around 7am*) since this unit is attached to our home *You must walk down a stone step path in order to access your unit The space INSIDE This 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit is located on the lower floor of our home (you will have your own seperate entrance/exit) and can sleep 6 comfortably. The master has a king-sized bed. The stylish living room features a huge sectional couch that can easily sleep 2 people, along with a twin day bed & another twin trundle underneath. The kitchen/bar is fully stocked with everything BESIDES an oven (but we do have a microwave, gas grill, instant pot + air fryer, and of course we provide the coffee!). You will also enjoy the use of our 55" TV, Roku Device, and a xbox 360, and of course, WIFI internet. Ready to kick back and do some reading? We have a cozy reading nook waiting! OUTSIDE You will love our hanging hammock chairs, and spending time in nature! Guest access This unit has its own seperate entrance/exit and is completely blocked off from our unit above. The only shared space is if you need to use the washer/dryer--- in that case we will give you access to our mud room. Other things to note Welcome to our disclaimer section! #1) You WILL hear life happening from above on the upper level (*our two-year-old typically wakes up around 7am*) since this unit is attached to our home. We do provide a fan & sound machine to try to help with the noise, but there will definitely be noise. #2) You must walk down a stone step path in order to access your unit #3) The unit is chilly in the winter time. We do provide 3 space heaters.
