The cottage, located on the outskirts of the village of Arnoltice, allows you to experience both a peaceful rest and relaxation, as well as an active holiday, due to its location at the foot of the forest. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI and SMART TV. Parking directly at the building. The cottage is heated either by an electric boiler with wiring to the entire building or by a wood-burning fireplace. The space In the lower part of the cottage, in addition to a living room with a fireplace and a large dining table, there is a separate bathroom with a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. At the top, accessible by a miller's staircase, there is a living room with a TV and sleeping options (2 beds), from which you can enter two separate bedrooms. These can be closed. Guest access The entire house, including the garden, is available to guests. Other things to note It is a wooden cottage with a completely insulated attic for year-round use. The house is heated by a fireplace stove located on the ground floor of the house, in winter it is possible to use an electric boiler with heating distribution to the whole building. Parking is right next to the cottage - in the winter months, in case of bad weather, it is possible to park about 300 meters from the cottage in a public area.
