The room offers private access and is located in a property dedicated to tourist accommodation. The space The accommodation consists of a spacious double room with a private bathroom for exclusive use. The room is furnished in a modern style and carefully detailed, combining comfort and functionality to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The entire property is powered exclusively by electric energy, with no gas system in use. This environmentally conscious choice contributes to a more sustainable stay. Guest access The structure guarantees a private and exclusive entrance to guests. It is divided into an apartment and two bedrooms (double / single) independent and with private bathrooms. The only common area is the entrance on the ground floor, which features a small welcome buffet and access to the stairs leading to the apartments and rooms (first and second floor). During your stay After the booking is confirmed, I will be happy to assist you with arrival details and any arrangements you may need. I will gladly share useful tips and personalized suggestions about the area to help you make the most of your stay. With pleasure, I can recommend typical Venetian restaurants, osterias, bacari, and cichetterie. For those interested, I will also be happy to share how to discover the magic of Murano glass and Burano lace. Venice is a city rich in history and beauty, waiting to be discovered. Throughout your stay, I will remain available for any questions or assistance, responding promptly whenever needed. Other things to note A few steps from the apartment you will find the "Rosa Salva" pastry shop where you can have breakfast with excellent typical Venetian culinary products and drink a good coffee or any other drink. (highly recommended and appreciated by all my guests). The heating and air conditioning system is autonomous, two-zone day / night and adjustable via an electronic keypad directly from the rooms. Self check-in is possible at any time of day using the numeric keypad. Our availability for accompanied check-in is from 12:00 to 20:00, for other times the surcharge will be equal to 50 €. Do not forget that to stay in Venice it is mandatory to pay the tourist tax, equal to € 4 per day for each guest. It will be my duty to calculate the amount and communicate it to you.
