The Hangout - a comfortable and conveniently located home where you can step in the door and relax. Curl up on the large couch downstairs with the wood fire going and a movie or sit upstairs in the ultra comfortable hammock chairs and take in the ocean views. When it's time to explore you are only a 5 minute walk to the beach and town center or a 10 minute drive to the famous 12 Apostles. When it's time to sleep your king size beds await. Suited to families, groups or couples. The space Downstairs features an open plan living space with dining area, large comfy couch, fireplace and kitchen. Newly renovated bathroom and laundry area. Kitchen fully equipped for those that enjoy cooking. Two bedrooms downstairs one with king size bed and the other a bunk bed - double on the bottom and single on the top. Some books and toys for kids to enjoy and plenty of rabbits and birds to be spotted out the bedroom window. Baby gate provided at the bottom of the stairs as well as a small gate at the top. Heading upstairs you will enter the "Hangout" lounge. Instantly feel relaxed as you look out at ocean and bushland views. There are two hammock chairs that you wont want to get out of as well as a couch to relax on. Also upstairs is the master bedroom featuring another king size bed and ocean / bushland views. Outside there is a grassed backyard area, a deck and seating. Also a large grassed area at the front of the house with ample parking. Heating and cooling is provided by a split system down stairs and a split system in the bedroom upstairs. There is also a fireplace in the downstairs living area.
