A place to chill and relax with family members. This homestay is suitable for "small and quiet" family gathering as it is in family neighbourhood. The space - only allow 10 pax in the house, STRICTLY 10 pax only including kids. If we found bringing more than 10 pax, Security deposit ( rm200 ) will be forfeited. -Deposit will be collected before checkin - NO visitors allowed. - NO big event and parties. - NO karaoke. - NO drugs. -NO alcohol/liquor -NO durian - NO non-halal food. - NO pets allowed. - NO loud noise / music. - NO wild drinking party. - NO smoking in the house. - Only 4 car allowed on premise. - check-in 3pm, check-out 12pm. - late check-out fee RM100/hour.
