The space Recently re-modeled 2 bedroom/1 bathroom house, large windows that let in lots of light, brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Large back yard with deck featuring gas grill and outdoor seating for lounging and dining. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Main bedrooms has a King bed, the guest room a Queen and the separate bathroom is located in the hallway between the 2 rooms. This rental is registered with the City of Petaluma as a Short Term Rental Property, Permit: PLVR-2025-0024 Guest access Guests will have the entire house, deck and back yard to themselves. Other things to note Perfect for a wine country getaway as a wedding guest, participant in a bike/running event, during the holidays, or if you just want to get out of the city. Surrounded by wineries and creameries as well as sites like Pt. Reyes Seashore, Mt. Tamalpais, Sonoma and Marin beaches and State Parks, antique stores, Infineon Raceway, and the Golden Gate Bridge. Sonoma County offers some of the best hiking, cycling, SUP/kayaking and fishing in the state. Petaluma is home to an array of fabulous restaurants with heated outdoor seating, Lagunitas for beer lovers, and of course, a number Petaluma Gap wineries. Well-behaved dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis with my prior agreement only and are subject to a $35 one-time pet fee per dog.
