Our house is located in a very quiet area near the city center of Verdun: 5 minutes by car, 6 minutes by bike by cycle path, 20 minutes on foot by a walk along the Meuse. And at 1h30 from Paris by train. Close to all amenities and places of memory, free parking in front of the house, possibility of storing bicycles in a locked room at the bottom of the garden. You will also enjoy the courtyard and the outdoor garden. Equipped as for us... you will feel at home! The space You enter the cottage through a small inner courtyard. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance, the living room with two sofas and an armchair, a small reading area with magazines and books, a wood and pellet stove, the kitchen with a bar and four stools, a table for four, a toilet, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) with a chest of drawers and wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, standard coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary crockery, including fresh cling film, coffee, tea, and herbal teas. Bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels, and cleaning products are provided. From the kitchen, you can access the back courtyard where you can relax on the sun loungers, use the barbecue, and store your bicycles and other equipment in the adjacent building. In this house you will find a washing machine. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) with a chest of drawers and wardrobe. Guest access Located near the center of Verdun: 3 minutes by car, 6 minutes by bike, and a 20-minute walk along the Meuse River. Also 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris by train. We've made sure you have easy access to the cottage! Parking is free and is located in front of the house. A parking space for people with reduced mobility is also available in front of the house. Access to the cottage is via a small private courtyard that you can fully enjoy. There is only one small step to climb to reach the house. The shower is equipped with a grab bar and a removable seat. A private outdoor courtyard is located at the rear of the house and awaits you there to relax on comfortable seating. A small private outbuilding adjoining this courtyard can be used for storing equipment, bicycles, and houses the washing machine.
