To really have fun, it's much better if the house is right on the sand, right?! It is right on the sand of Foguete Beach; and also next to the lagoon (ideal for children); and also 3 en-suites with air-conditioning; and also with a deck overlooking the sea; and also with a swimming pool and barbecue; and also with a heated spa; and also with a sinuquinha and a super-equipped island kitchen. The junction of the lagoon with the sea is a unique beach experience: having blue sea on one side of the sand and calm lagoon on the other. The space Remember when you were younger and you gathered a bunch of cousins at your grandparents' house? Staying at Casa Blanca is like that, only right on the sand! BEING FEET IN THE SAND AND BEING HOME MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE: Each person has their own rhythm: they want to drink water, eat, sleep, etc., at different times. And leaving the beach early because someone is hungry or wants to use the bathroom is really annoying... Are you on the beach and want to drink water or give food to the child? The house is right there! If you want to wake up a little later, you can sleep easy knowing that the group is on the beach just in front. If you want to take a nap during the afternoon, just walk 30 meters to leave the beach, take a shower and take your nap. And those who wake up early don't have to be locked up waiting for the group to wake up to take a walk on the sand. The group's barbecuers can leave the beach 30 minutes early to calmly light the fire. When the group arrives, the first one will already be on the spot! THE COMMON AREA IS AN INVITATION TO SOCIALIZE: Perfectly integrated pool, living room, pool table, kitchen and barbecue area, all on the ground floor. The view from the deck, the balcony of the front suite and the back suite are breathtaking. The deck, with access from the pool, is an invitation for a chat during sunset. The pool table in the living room, next to a super-integrated kitchen, provides a pleasant chat between the cooks and the pool players. And the barbecue area, attached to the kitchen, is the perfect place for the after-beach gathering. For people averse to excessive sun, there is shade for those who prefer the pool or deck during the afternoon. For those who want some rest, the location of the rooms on the upper floors ensures the isolation needed for a quiet sleep. A common problem in beach houses is the shortage of bathrooms with regard to the number of people using the house. My space has 3 full bathrooms and a half bath available for the guests. The house can accommodate up to 10 people. THE ROOMS BEING SUITES IS PERFECT: Just you, your husband and children with an exclusive bathroom in the room gives much more comfort! - In suite #1, there is a queen-size bed, a single bed and an auxiliary bed; -In suite #2 has a double bed and an auxiliary bed; - In suite #3, there is a high single bed (bunk bed type, but only the high one) and 2 single beds that can be joined together to make a queen-size bed. SECURITY: The neighborhood is very quiet and there also is a security booth at the single car entrance. ATTENTION: RESPECT THE LAW OF SILENCE even during the day. Neighbors don't need to hear your joy... There is an elderly neighbor and another with autism in the houses next door. Contrary to what everyone thinks, the law of silence also applies to the daytime period. If on the second floor of the house (on the side where the speaker is) you hear your music louder than a normal conversation, then your sound is too loud. The noise pollution hotline works well in Cabo Frio, so if any other house bothers you, also use this service (153 - municipal guard). WE HAVE A BIG DEFECT: You won't want to go home after spending a few days with your family and friends at Casa Blanca... I know the group is big and it's really hard to reach a consensus. Consensus on dates, who is going, where to go and which house to stay in... I recommend taking it easy. The decision may take a while to align with everyone. And most importantly, everyone is happy with the choice! But I also recommend persistence for the trip not to "stall".If you look at my calendar, you will notice that I already have dates closed for more than 3 - 6 months. So the best strategy really is to be calm with the group, but also not let the matter die. And that goes not only for my house, but for the class trip itself. Let me know if you have any questions!
