We are still central enough for shops, restaurants and bars being only 5 driving minutes away. Incl. WiFi, TV, all rooms with A/C, Pool, kitchen and 3 terraces - each offers a magnificent Sea View. The space As the house was only finished 2 years back, all rooms have a modern, fresh atmosphere. On the first floor, you will find the kitchen (incl Fridge, Freezer compartment, Toaster, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Coffee Machine) and the living area with access to a spacious, partially covered terrace - beautiful sea views all around. The living area features a large sofa and a TV as well as a dining table - both inside and outside. On the second floor are the 3 bedrooms. All have modern en-suite bathrooms (incl. Shower). There is a double bed (150x200) in each bedroom (incl SAT-TV) and the master bedroom has access to another Sea View Terrace. Once you reached the third floor, you might never want to leave again: Magnificent View over the Adriatic Sea and the Beach in front of you. Private Sun Bathing Options and of course the Roof Top Pool, that invites you to refresh at any time. Attention: No Washing Machine is offered at the moment. All bookings after November 2022 will have access to a Washing Machine. Guest access The whole 3 storey apartment is exclusively for your usage during your stay plus the two Parking Spots in front of the apartment. Other things to note Smoking is only allowed on the balconies.
