Surrounded by trees making it private and peaceful. Open plan with queen size bed, tv, kitchenette & enclosed bathroom. Pets allowed upon request. The space It consists of a fully enclosed bathroom and open plan bedroom, lounge, dining, kitchenette, Queen bed and 2 seat dining table. The kitchenette is complete with fridge, electric frypan, air fryer/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine and washing machine. The studio has it's own small verandah with plants for privacy. It is situated at the end of the driveway of a secluded block of 3 units within walking distance to the city centre, and is a stand alone dwelling. Guest access There is a key box located at the entrance to the unit and code will be given prior to check in. One key opens all doors. If key is lost there is no spare easily accessed, therefore a lock smith will be required at the guests expense. Other things to note The studio has one allocated park which is the undercover park right next to the unit, please only use this 1 park, the other park belongs to other tenants. Only one car is allowed to be parked on site at all times. Any other vehicle is to be parked in the street. If you plan on bringing a pet, please check with us first for approval.
