Dreamy Eco Tree House by 7 Waterfalls

A dream come true for me after building this eco-friendly, all wood, bamboo and straw tree house between a lush green valley and mountain stream! I wish to share this dream with you. Please come experience pure wonderful nature! The space You will find this place to be really energizing and dramatic; at the same time tranquil, calming, rejuvenating, therapeutic, and so very hard to leave. The WaVi Tree House has a cozy queen size bedroom with large windows on all 4 sides with views of luscious green. A small triangle deck on one side, overlooks a stunning valley and mountains, and another rectangle deck in the back, high and directly above a lovely mountain stream. The all wood tree house was completely put together by my family using all local resources. It is set amongst a clove plantation, and you will be high in the middle of clove trees breathing fresh and healthy mountain air. The clove trees go right through the tree house and you can sometimes feel a light sway in the wind. But don't worry, it is safe and built strong. This location is so hidden that even local villagers are not aware of it. You will need to walk about 150 meters from the main road, mostly along a stream to reach this cute little place. The property is on old rice terraces that are now a clove plantation. I'm always thankful to experience the tremendously beautiful sunrises here, and the sunsets that light up the valley brilliantly. During the day I enjoy the peace and calm of the small garden in which there is this tree house and another cute eco hut. The nights are spectacular when you can look up at the sky and see such beautiful sights, especially on clear nights. There is a comfortable and exclusive full bathroom in the building below, that also houses a new large kitchen and other amenities like mineral water, refrigerator, storage shelves, a day bed, etc. There are plenty of power points strategically placed all over, with long extension power cords if needed. There is a lock box in the bedroom to keep your valuables when you go to see the waterfalls or when on trips from here. I love resting and relaxing in several spaces on the property and keep changing my spots often. Each place has its own unique views and effect... Like a day-bed right by the river from where you can stare at lush green vegetation and rice terraces. Or on either of the wooden decks in the tree house that have their own special feeling and vistas. How about lazing in a hammock just a few centimeters above the water in the stream? Or on beach style loungers set anywhere in the garden as you please. When you are bored, there are two wonderful swings, one inches above the river and the other in the garden, hanging between two old coconut trees. Snoozing in a hammock by the stream on the stone deck, having water run through your fingers when in the hammock right on the stream, are the most popular choices for the hammocks. This place is perfect for couples, honeymooners, and small families who can attentively supervise small kids (because of high spaces on the tree house, and flowing water in the stream). Please Note: On this property, two terraces away from the Tree House, there is a Cute Hut in which there can be guests at times. But please don't worry, there is plenty of space for all. Our sweet house-keepers will take good care of you and cater to your meals and other arrangements if you wish. The house-keepers come in the mornings between 7 ~ 11 AM and in the afternoons between 3 ~ 7 PM. They will assist you with your requirements and leave you by yourself if you so wish. Please tell the house- keepers to leave after their work in case you need to be alone at the tree-house. The Sambangan Secret Garden waterfalls ticket office is next door, but hidden by the thick trees and bushes. Our housekeepers will take you to the ticket office as you can't come here and leave without seeing the wonderful waterfalls here. Please see pictures, and more details below. Guest access We are in the small, quaint and beautiful village of Sambangan. Once here, you can walk everywhere and the locals are very friendly and are always willing to help you. Krisna Aling Aling Adventure has ATV, Sky Bikes, Paintball, Zip Lines, and lovely landscaped gardens just 5 minutes walk uphill from us. Shanti restaurant, and Alam pool and restaurant, are down the street about 8-10 minutes walk from us. Beds: There is one queen bed in the tree-house bedroom. There is a single bed on the rectangular deck in the tree-house, high above the stream. You can request mosquito nets for both these beds in the tree-house Please note that this is an open rectangular deck, right above the stream and is open on 3 sides. There are two other beds in the common areas that you can use - a day bed in the main building, and another bed by the stream. These beds are comfortable, in open but safe spaces, have roofs above them, but no walls on some sides. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Young kids and Infants: As the tree house is pretty high up, and there is no mesh on the railings, it can be unsafe for children and babies. Also, the stream has flowing water and the property is at the edge of a steep valley, it is always necessary to supervise and watch over young kids and infants. ======================================================================================== Lunch and Dinner: There are a few restaurants with great views within walking distance from us like Shanti that are open for lunch and dinner. There are also little village 'warungs' close by that sell local fare. If you wish, our housekeeper can go to the local village market and buy fresh vegetables and ingredients and *cook wholesome meals for you, at very nominal prices. *Please let us know if you have any allergies, or any special requirements, and we'll do our best to serve you. ========================================================== Laundry: If you wash your clothes by yourself we have a clothes stand to help dry them. Alternatively, we have a laundry lady who comes to collect our linens and she can do your laundry for you at market prices. When collecting your laundry, she will tell you how much it will cost to do your laundry depending on how soon you will need it back. ======================================================= Information on Secret Garden Ticket and Guide: For the ticket entrance without guide is Indonesian Rupiah 20,000/person. This entry ticket does not allow swimming or getting in the waterfalls without guide for safety reasons. For short trekking with local guide it cost IDR 125,000/person and visitors will find 4 waterfall and the guide will show how to slide in the 2 waterfalls..and jump into waterfalls in 3 spot (6m, 10m, 16m high) - includes mineral water and life jacket. The waterfall prices include donation to the environment and village organization. It is recommended you explore the waterfalls with a local guide you can get at ticket office. The guides are trained and have lot of great information about this area. You can also swim or slide safely in the waterfalls when you have a guide present with you. Besides Sambangan Secret Garden, there are several other waterfalls in this area within a hour ========================================================== Other things to note THINGS TO NOTE WHEN STAYING AT WAVI: 1. Housekeeper Working Hours: 7-11 AM, 3-7 PM Gardener Working Hours: 7-11 AM, 1-5 PM 2. Natural Ecology: As we are in a lush thriving tropical eco space at the edge of the jungle, at times there can be birds, monkeys, geckos, lizards, bugs, bees, chickens, cats, dogs, etc. They are all part of the Eco environment and are completely harmless to humans if we just observe, ignore and leave them alone. We do our best to control these but it's their living space too and often we can't do much about them. 3. Dining options: Dinner cooked fresh and served at WaVi can be requested. Our choices are: Chicken Curry 70K IDR / Portion, Vegetable Curry 60K IDR / Portion, Cap Cay (Veg or Chicken) 60K IDR / Portion, Fried rice (Veg or Chicken) 60K IDR / Portion, Fried noodles (Veg or Chicken) 60K IDR / Portion, Chicken Sate 70K IDR / Portion, Gado-Gado (Veg) 70K IDR / Portion, Fruit Plate (25 K IDR/ Portion. There are a few other dining options in 5-15 minutes walking distance near us: Shanti Restaurant, Nia's Place, Bucu Aling-Aling restaurant, Warung Bambu, Maha Hills, Alam Sambangan, etc. In 15 minutes by car or bike there plenty of restaurants in Singaraja city, and 20-30 minutes by car or bike Lovina area has more restaurant and bar choices 4. Extra guests: Please check and confirm the correct number of guests in your reservation. We cannot accept any extra guests who are not on the reservation. You can 'Modify' your reservation to update the correct number of guests coming with you and Airbnb will automatically update the charges for extra guests beyond the initial two persons allowed on the reservation. The extra charge for additional guests beyond those listed in your reservation will be IDR 150,000 (10 USD) per person per night to stay at the cottage you have booked (maximum 4 for the TreeHouse and The Rice Fields Eco Cottage, and 2 for the Eco Hut). Please note: We cannot accommodate or allow any drivers or personal guides to stay the night on our properties, unless they are already on your reservation to stay with you at the cottage booked by you. 5. We can arrange waterfalls trekking (4,5,7 waterfalls with our English speaking recommended guide from the ticket office), Dolphin Cruise in Lovina, Buddhist Temple, Natural Hot Springs, and other interesting visits in the area. 6. Driver /transportation can be arranged for you, please inform us at least a day before to book the driver (50 USD per pickup or drop from/to airport) 7. Based on strict Airbnb policy, No Refunds Possible - for last minute cancellations, less days stayed, less guests came with you, etc 8. Late check-in and Early checkout outside our work hours will be by yourself. We are not a hotel, and will not be able to be present if you arrive here or leave from here outside our posted work hours. We will make every attempt to help you have a smooth check-in or check-out outside our work hours 9. We don't have or need security during the day or night, our place is safe and we all live nearby.
