There is a large pantry and a microwave oven. * We provide high quality cutlery and crockery. There are 12 of each in the matching set. Please don't provide your own cutlery unless you only take your own with you when you leave. * We provide a top of the line Nespresso Original Capsule Machine which uses Nespresso or Starbucks capsules. There is a 55 inch Samsung TV mounted and a big built in wardrobe and full length mirror. * Bedroom 4 has 2 comfy real single beds. There is a large wardrobe and full length mirror. Up to 8 people can stay here comfortably. BATHROOM * The main bathroom has a large built in bath and a separate shower, and a toilet and vanity and large ladder towel rail and robe hooks. There is a supply of shampoo and soap and high quality Sheradin bath towels, face towels and mats. The hot water comes from a brand new 36 Litre Rinnai instant gas unit. * The large laundry has a Miele front load washer and a dryer and a trough and plenty of cupboards. There is a supply of detergent when you move in. The exit door leads to the deck with a fold up 2 m wide clothes line under cover and a path to the outside garden for sunny day usage of another clothes line. * The powder room is off the laundry and has a toilet and basin and mirror. OUTDOORS * The large high fenced back yard garden is the perfect outdoor space for you or a family to relax with security in privacy. There is a gate to separate the deck from the garden. * The wide driveway allows tradesmans trucks and busses and caravans to park behind the secure automatic lockable gate and allows free parking. More cars can park easily in the front of the gate out of the way of the driveway as well as the quiet street at no charge. The back garden is secured by fences all around, also providing privacy and enclosure for children and pets. Please do not park on any lawns. This house has polished floors and rugs. Other things to note We have the whole house thoroughly cleaned and disinfected professionally after each guest leaves. Please don't wash any of our linen and towels when you check out. We will disinfect them all. And please, the towels are only for personal use, and not for shoes and animals.
