The historic Water Tower Cottage is a charming and unique space perfect for families. It features a king bed upstairs and a full-size sleeper sofa downstairs. The spacious downstairs bathroom has a shower/bathtub perfect for relaxation after a fun-filled day at the beach. Along with a fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ and a fenced in yard. Indoor and outdoor seating for entertaining or dining. The space Two-story cottage with private fenced-in yard within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. We welcome well-behaved dogs traveling with their owners (additional fee applies). Guest access In addition to the cottage and private yard, guests have access the ocean-view community deck as well as the garden deck, complimentary beach towels and beach toys. Other things to note We welcome up to two dogs under 50lbs each in the room. Please note, there is a nonrefundable nightly fee of $50 per dog.
