The space Authentic Retro is thoughtfully laid out with three comfortable bedrooms: *One room with two single beds, a wardrobe, and A/C. *A second room with a double bed in warm natural tones and A/C. *A third, larger bedroom with another double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and A/C. The apartment also includes: *A full bathroom with a bathtub and an additional WC. *A spacious living and dining area, furnished with a tasteful mix of vintage and minimal modern design. *A fully equipped vintage-style kitchen with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, kettle, toaster, and a small dining table. *A utility balcony with access to the washing machine. *A front-facing balcony with seating — perfect for relaxing and soaking in the city vibe. Wooden floors and nostalgic touches throughout the apartment create a cozy, stylish atmosphere that feels like home. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including both the front balcony and the utility balcony in the kitchen area. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, with stair access or by using the elevator. For your convenience, we offer flexible check-in options. We can meet you in person to welcome you and hand over the keys, or, if needed, we can provide access to the building and apartment via a keyless entry system. Either way, we’re always available via message or phone to assist with any questions or provide local tips throughout your stay. Other things to note The building is one of Thessaloniki's 199 officially listed landmarks of Architectural or Historical Interest, known for its distinctive structural and design features, with strong Art Deco influences. In accordance with Greek law, we are not permitted to alter the building’s facade. As a result, the apartment retains its original windows and doors, which may allow some street noise to be heard inside. In accordance with Greek law, we are required to register your stay, so we will need the passport or ID number of the person who made the reservation. Airport transfers to and from the apartment can also be arranged in advance. Quiet hours apply from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30 to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
