The space BUILDING The apartment is the upper storey of a colonial house and contains one bedroom, one bathroom, two decks, and a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area complete with queen-sized sofa bed. Access is via a door on the right hand side of the building - down the path to the right of the building and at the top of the short set of stairs. Please note that this property is not wheelchair accessible - the only way in is via a staircase. LOCATION Located across the road from historic Nairn Street Cottage (the oldest cottage in Wellington), the location is both historic and convenient. Being located on the edge of the CBD has all benefits of quiet residential living with the bonus of being a short walk away from the inner city. FACILITIES Comes with free unlimited wifi. There is no off-street or free parking, but please speak to us if you have a vehicle and we'll arrange a solution for you. The bed will be made upon your arrival, but if you're using the sofa-bed you will require you to prepare it yourself (assembly is incredibly easy, and fresh sheets will be provided). There is a pokestop across the road, the entire apartment is within range of it. Guest access The entire upstairs apartment will be yours, including bedroom, bathroom, deck, and the open-plan living/dining/kitchen area.
