Furniture: Do not move any indoor or outdoor furniture/decorations to maintain the property's condition. 6. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors or on the artificial grass; smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. 7. Equipment: Do not move the KTV system or any audio equipment. 8. No Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed. 9. No Durians: Consumption of durians is strictly prohibited indoors. 10. Play Zones: No food or drinks allowed at the Pool Table and Mahjong Table areas. 11. Strict Prohibitions: Heavy motorcycles (big bikes), supercars, or gatherings exceeding 25 persons are strictly NOT allowed. 12. No Outdoor Setup: Setting up tents or organizing outdoor buffets/catering is strictly prohibited.
