Hello, welcome to our home! If you like peace and nature, the Domaine de La Garenne is for you. Old farmhouse isolated on 7 hectares. 12 minutes to the nearest local shops. Comfortable and quiet cottage between Réalmont and Albi. Great for families or 2 couples. Opportunity to walk in the middle of fields and small woods. Private parking for two cars. The space 85 m² cottage with veranda and terrace. Completely renovated by us, it can easily accommodate 4-5 people with 2 bedrooms. It is bright and has a lot of charm with its stone walls. The house, old, stays naturally cool. This cottage has a separate entrance. Inside, a living room with a sofa and TV. Equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, range hood, microwave, Senseo, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer. Possibility of providing various devices on request: raclette, fondue, barbecue. A double bed in the downstairs bedroom, 3 single beds that can be assembled into 1 double bed in the upstairs bedroom. Outside, a private space (terrace and garden) with table for 6 people with views of the valley. You can benefit from our garden and enjoy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits - Non-smoking accommodation, pets accepted max 1 (we have 1 dog and 2 cats) Guest access The accommodation is located 10 km from Albi or Réalmont (12 km) where you will find all amenities, grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, bar, wine cellar etc....and Access to the A68 motorway from Albi You are 30 minutes from Gaillac, Graulhet, Castres and about 1 hour from Toulouse. Other things to note The pool is 6*12 m. We close it at 8pm. We don't provide pool towels, children's armbands or floats.
