Charming 4 Bedroom All-Season Townhouse in the Heart of Poconos Lake and Ski Country! Lake Activities, Skiing, Hiking, Swimming and SO much more at your fingertips. Perfect Location -- Our home is a part of two renowned Poconos Lake communities (Lake Harmony and Big Boulder Lake) and two awesome ski mountains (Big Boulder Mountain and Jack Frost Ski Resort). Our Rental is perfect for one or two families, or for 3-4 adult couples. Sleeps 8 comfortably, with a max of 10. The space Steps to the ski mountains in the winter. The living room on the main floor has a gas fireplace and a 43” wifi TV with Roku for all your streaming needs. We have board games both for kids and of the adult variety. The dining table seats 6 (up to 8 if you squeeze a bit) and the kitchen makes it easy to cook for a crowd (or heat up the leftovers from some of the area’s nearby restaurants). Our home also has a back deck off the kitchen with a gas grill. The master bedroom is on the main floor which has a king bed + a private, renovated bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. There are two more bedrooms upstairs (Queen bed in one and a Twin over Queen bunk bed in the other) with a shared full bath. These mattresses are all new cool gel memory foam mattresses for your sleeping comfort. There is a finished basement has a queen bed with a new cool gel mattress. There are also 2 Futons, with its own half bath. The basement also has a living area with a brand new 55” 4k smart TV with ROKU. The kitchen is fully equipped. 4/5 appliances are less then 2 years old. We provide linens, towels, soap and shampoo/conditioner. Just bring your own toothbrush! We ask only that you treat our house as you would your own. It’s not just a rental; we use it with our families! During the winter, the mountains feature skiing, snowboarding and tubing. We’re also just a few minutes away from Split Rock resort with a huge indoor water park, or within a 30 minute drive you’ll also find the Khalahari water parks or Camelback skiing and waterpark. In the summer, there are tennis courts a stone’s throw from the house, and a short walk away you’ll have access to the private Boulder Lake Club which offers a heated pool, private lake beach, children’s activities, playground, more tennis courts, volleyball, subsidized boat rentals (pontoon boats, kayaks, canoes, rowboats and paddle boats/boards), and more. You can purchase guest passes during the summer season to the Boulder Lake Club: the first 4 weekly passes are just $150 total, and then $25 per person for additional weekly passes. Well trained and housebroken dogs are allowed for an additional pet fee of $55/day per dog (no cats). This is capped at $285/stay for up to two dogs. NON-SHEDDING OR VERY LIGHTLY SHEDDING dogs only. We personally love all doggies but our cleaners can't keep up with dogs that shed moderately or heavily. We ask that you be responsible owners and be sure that your pet doesn't leave ample evidence of their presence :) Smoking is prohibited on all parts of the property (including outdoor decks and yard). During the rest of the year, explore all the nearby towns. Go rafting, golfing, shopping, hiking, see waterfalls, and so much more within just a short drive! Parking for up 4 cars.
