The Vintage Farmhouse is a newly renovated from a family 50 years old house. The house is located in “Thonburi Area” where is the old town of Bangkok. You can explore another side of Bangkok which is not as hurry and hectic as business areas. You will get some experience of slow-life and how local people do for their living. The host’s house is on a separate house but still in the same area. The atmosphere is so greenery and peaceful. There is a 7-11 near the house (no alcohol beverage). The space To commute to other areas, the house is near MRT Station (Issaraphap Station), approximately 1.1 kms. - you may either walk or take a motorcycle. There are many attractions in the area - temples, Grand Palace, China Town. You can go there by taking MRT or boat. This house is suitable for family or friends. In the morning, there is an interesting activity which is “Food Offering for monks” near the house that you can also join and get the glimpse of Thai Buddhists’ way in Bangkok. The accommodation This is a 1 1/2 stories house - 127 square meters and comprises of 4 bedrooms and 2 restrooms. ***The house is good for up to 8 people only because of the limitation of facilities and all the provided utensils and others.*** The decoration is mixed between country and vintage styles. Both restrooms are in the house but they are not in the bedroom area. Wifi and Netflix are provided. Downstairs Living & Dining area: 20 square meters There are a dining table for 8 people, Smart TV, Sofa, Refrigerator, Microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Bedroom 1 (V2) - 10 square meters with 6 feet bed Restroom (1 shower room and 1 toilet), with electric water heater. Shampoo, Shower Soap and shower caps are provided. The lower upper floor (mezzanine floor) Bedroom 2 (V3) - 13 square meters, 6 feet bed, wooden floor Bedroom 3 (V4) - 8 square meters, 5 feet bed, wooden floor Bedroom 4 (V5) - 31 square meters, 6 feet bed, Sofa, wooden floor Restroom 2 - 2.58 square meters, with electric water heater. Shampoo, shower soap and shower caps are provided. In every bedrooms, there will be a set of towels provided(1 big and 1 small) for each person (according to the number of people on the reservation only). Kindly be informed that, the towels will not changed everyday due to environmental concerns. In addition, hangers, sticky roller and flashlight will be provided. There is also an opened kitchen located on the right side of the house. There is an electric stove provided with all necessary utensils. You can cook some simple food for your own. At the back, there is a washing machine provided with detergent. Moreover, there is a small backyard where there are many kinds of Thai fruit plants - mangoes, star gooseberries, bananas and many kinds of Thai herbal plants. If you come in the season, you will be able to pick all the fruits and herbs. Note : Cats live on property but not in the home. We provide free airport transfer only one way and one airport (maximum 8 adults and 8 cabin size baggage). For another airport transfer, the fee is 1,300 baht/ trip. That means if you prefer airport transfer for both flights, you will be charged at 1,300 baht. Otherwise you can choose which flight you prefer our transfer service and you can take a taxi to our accommodation for another flight. Other things to note Before you book, please read carefully, 1. Please note per Thai Immigration Regulation, I need to report of foreigner’s stay in my property, therefore, upon check-in your kind cooperation by presenting your passport and Arrival card (TM30 form you will get when you enter the Kingdom) is highly appreciated. My check-in staff will need to take a photo for record. Your personal information will be used for security purpose only. I have a full right to deny your check-in if you do not comply on this. 2. Early check-in/Late check-out are okay ONLY when the room available before/after you stay. Please check your flight and the calendar carefully. **Normally, check-in time is after 2 p.m. & check-out time is before 11 a.m.*** * If you want to check-in early or check-out late by your personal requirement, will charge 50% of room rate. * If check-out later than 11.00 a.m. will send a payment request via Airbnb directly. (50% of room rate) o If you plan to check in after 9 p.m., then please book my airport transportation with a reasonable price with is 1,300 Baht for 6-8 seat van. 3. No Smoking inside of the home, bathroom, bedroom, either living room, If you end up smoking in the room, its will require a special cleaning to remove any smell or stains. If we find a quest has smoked inside of the room, we well charge 5,000 Baht to cover the cost. This is a serious case. 4. Drugs and any other illegal activities are extremely prohibited. 5. No parties! Please do not make too much noise in your home, and respect occupants of the neighbors. 6. Please take off your shoes in the home. 7. Please don’t move furniture and other room items. Please take care of the residence inventory and other equipment, Lost or all intentional damages occurring during your stay shall be charged according to the actual costs of replacement 8. Please do not plug in the electric kettle, iron, mobile phone when you leave the room. 9. Please save energy to reduce global warming by turn off the lights and air condition before leave the room. 10. Please don’t throw tissue or sanitary or any trash into the toilet. 11. Due to sanitation rules, please remove food trash everyday to avoid insects and flies. The garbage is on the right of home. 12. Please clean the kitchen before leaving if you cooked. Don’t throw the bath towels on the ground or use it clean the floor. 13. Please do not leave your valuables, jewelry and important documents in the room when you going out, we do not assume any responsibility for their possible disappearance. 14. Only provide 1 bath towel for each guest, if you need, you can wash the towels use the washing machine. Please don’t use the bath towels clean the floor. 15. Be careful the mosquitoes. Keeps the doors and the windows shut after in the out. 16. Please take good care of the keys. We don’t want to charge you for additional money for compensation indeed. If you lost the key should be fined 1,000 Baht. 17. Cleaning is one time before check in. 18. You can request extra cleaning service at the cost of 1,500 Baht without changing the beddings and towels, 2,200 Baht once including change all the beddings and towels for you. And cleaning fee will be charged after check-out in case when it’s not paid to Airbnb. 19. Tooth brushed or tooth paste you need to bring them by yourself. 20. Additional Charge Summary - Late Check Out – For check out after 11.00 a.m. (Flexible), will charge 50% of room rate. - Lost the keys 1,000 THB - Cleaning during stay 2,200 THB - Additional guest 800 THB per guest per day When you make a booking, you have agreed to accept the terms and conditions.
