Elements of language, literature, music and customs are represented, inviting you to learn a little more about local life. In addition, we have a complete space for study and work, with all the essential items for these tasks. We have a large bedroom/living room, bathroom and kitchen, as well as an outdoor balcony with an exclusive laundry room for guests, where you can sit and relax outdoors. Uncovered parking space is available free of charge. The house is located in a small family condominium, in a safe and quiet location. The atmosphere is well lit and ventilated. Your pet is also welcome! The space features 12,000 BTU hot/cold air-conditioning, 400 mbps fiber internet, 32” TV and a home office/study desk. Large bedroom with a double box bed, a single box bed and an auxiliary single bed, wardrobe and bed and bath set included. Full kitchen equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, electric kettle and other utensils needed to prepare your meals. Glass boxed bathroom with hot shower. In addition, guests have a portable barbecue at their disposal. Our space has a green footprint: we produce our own energy using solar panels and have low electricity consumption equipment, in addition to selective collection of waste. Other things to note It is a small family condominium with two more houses on the plot. Moro in one of them, but the guest house is totally independent of the host's house, with individual access. In the same place we are neighbors of the Marmitaria Chef's Fit, they serve fresh lunches during the week, and also frozen are available for purchase by our guests, with delivery at the door of the Casita, a great comfort. There are surveillance devices in the condominium - Closed Circuit Monitoring System with four video cameras scattered around the outside area of the property, as well as an electric fence throughout the plot. FAQ Q: Can I check in early or late check out? A: Our check-in starts at 2:00 pm, and our check out is until 11am, if you wish to enter before or leave after these times, it is possible to pay an additional fee.
