Tranquil mountain bachelor pad with a contemporary flare. In-town location, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and Lake Gregory (3/4 of a mile). Please book for 31 days as it is cheaper than 30 days (No Hotel Tax). Easy commutes to Silverwood Lake, Santa's Village, Lake Arrowhead, Snow Valley Ski Resort and bike trails. If Arrowhead is Beverly Hills, than Crestline is Hollywood. The space This is a fully remodeled downstairs private end unit with quiet neighbors in a building with 5 additional units; I am the owner. There are 2 ovens in the kitchen (one microwave convection and one gas). Although there is plenty to do in Crestline, you may also enjoy the Roku TV with some basic channels on demand, or connect your cable account for your favorite channels. You can also connect your own Netflix, Hulu accounts if you wish. The apartment is small at about 425 sq/ft, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in style and functionality. Guest access Enjoy the patio and chairs directly in front of the unit for reading, lounging, or just taking in the fresh mountain air. Other things to note We do not get mail from USPS. Only private mail is delivered (UPS, Fed Ex, etc) It snows in the winter so please be prepared (aka chains, full tank of gas, blanket for your car, flashlight in your vehicle, and water in case you get stranded on the side of the road, as others have). Also, please keep quiet while in the unit. Everyone likes it quiet. Enjoy the space and kitchen, but please do not attempt to cook "T-bone" steaks on the stove. The stove exhaust fan is not adequate enough to clear the grease and smoke that is created. If you plan to cook a lot, try a different place. The Host recommends McDonald's; no mess, fast and cheap. Your parking space will accommodate a small SUV or midsize car. Large SUV's and full size trucks must park in the street. Please be conscious of how you park. There are 6 spots on the lot so make sure you have left room for the other cars. Pull all the way forward. Also park head in only. Extra Beds: if you need the extra beds in the living room, please let the host know in advance. There are some cushions needed to complete the beds. There is No Smoking on the property. Smoking is ok near the Street (Friendly Ln). You can be fined $250 for smoking on the property, so don't do it.
