Description
The room is in our old 19th century stone house in the heart of the small Drome village of PENNES LE SEC. The village has a large municipal swimming pool with a lifeguard, free all summer from July 2 to August 31, and a ping pong table with free access. You will enjoy nature, calm and outdoor hikes. The house is located right next to the village inn, whose terrace offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, forests and plains The space Our room is in our house at the entrance. It consists of a double bed, 2 armchairs, a small desk and a closet. There is a private bathroom inside, equipped with a large shower, sink and toilet. We provide a shared room that is really a spare room, in which there is a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, Italian coffee machine, cutlery and plates. However, there is no electric stove. Please note that this room is shared with a 2nd bedroom for 3 people that we also rent. In summer the thick stone walls of the house retain the coolness. Even when it's hot, we recommend bringing a long-sleeved garment. If you feel the need, a duvet is in the bedroom closet. The inner courtyard of the house has two tables with chairs. This space is also shared with the 2nd bedroom we rent. Guest access The private room, its access corridor and bench, the shared room in which there is: refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cutlery and plates and the shared inner courtyard also with the guests of the other room that we rent. During your stay Check-in is from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and check-out is from 11 a.m. Just let me know your arrival time up to the day before, and my colleague Caroline will welcome you and give you the keys on site. Other things to note Thank you for leaving the property clean when checking out.
