Safety is a top priority: the unit has a commercial sprinkler system, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit. On the weekends, the building has security personal on premiss. There is a paid parking lot directly across the street, parking garages throughout town, and street parking. Guest access You are booking the entire third floor and have access to the entire apartment including the private rooftop patio. Check in anytime after 3pm. Please leave shoes by the front door. More than 10 guests in the space at any time requires host approval. Please be mindful of the businesses you are passing by and be respectful to all staff. The businesses are in full operation. The only entrance and exit to the apartment is the glass door off of the patio. Other things to note This unit is above a bar that is open on Friday and Saturday nights. The bar creates noise from people and music. Please note that there are special events throughout the year that go outside of Friday and Saturday nights. There is a rental agreement that needs to be signed before check-in. If you need to take the trash out the dumpsters are located in the back alley behind the building between Broadway and Maple Avenue. The TV’s are smart TV’s and you may need to connect them to the WiFi if they get kicked off from turning off and on. You hit menu and go to network settings. You are able to connect to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. by clicking the center orange button on the remote. It takes a minute for it to load. If booking with small children the staircase to the unit is open and something to consider. The neon sign turns on with the switch right next to it. Climbing and leaning on patio walls is prohibited. They do not hold body weight and you are risking your safety and the safety of those below you.
