READ CAREFULLY: Private apartment with one bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom. Large garden with relaxation area on the veranda. The Villa is very close to the center of Sassari (3 minutes by car) but is immersed in nature. A suitable place to spend your holidays in total relaxation but with all the services at your fingertips. It is highly recommended to have a car for travel. Don't rely on public transportation. Self check-in ONLY if you pay the tourist tax in advance. The space READ CAREFULLY: the Country Road House is a two-story villa (basement and ground floor) located on a fenced plot overlooking a hilly and residential area. You will find yourself surrounded by trees, olive groves and villas. You can use the open spaces next to the accommodation to sunbathe while contemplating nature. You can also bring your dog or cat with you, and they can move freely around the accommodation, but we recommend that you pay attention to their safety and that of others. The accommodation is accessible via a driveway ramp with your car. The veranda is at your disposal to rest and have breakfast in the open air. There are other rooms for other guests, but you will have your own private entrance to your accommodation from the veranda on the first floor. You can find me, whenever I am present, in the basement or for maintenance and guest change operations. Guest access You'll have access from the gate to the parking lot. You can cross the grounds and drive up to the common veranda, follow the signs for ROOM-1 Other things to note READ CAREFULLY: The kitchen is brand new, equipped with a small induction cooktop, a microwave, a coffee machine, and a small kettle. You can heat up ready-made dishes, and prepare breakfast. You'll also find oil, vinegar, salt and sugar. All surfaces of the house (such as floors, tables, kitchen, etc.) are not suitable for direct cutting of food and high temperatures, so you will need to use the cutting boards and trivets provided. If you decide to bring your pet, please let us know its nature (feline, canine, etc.) and size. We will provide you with a doghouse to let your pet sleep, games, bowls and snacks to make their stay even more enjoyable. We are in the countryside. You can admire the environment and the sounds of nature, but remember that there are also other living beings who have every right to inhabit it. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets and in each room I have arranged electric burners that will keep unwanted guests away. But if you are afraid of small insects you will find them both in the woods and in the cities... for this reason I recommend that you equip yourself with insect repellent spray;) In Sassari, we separate waste: glass, plastic, aluminum, paper, non-recyclable waste as well as food scraps. During your stay, an operator will come by to collect the garbage. You can check the calendar of the accommodation for the day corresponding to the pickup. At the Country Road House, we put wet waste, food scraps, in the compost bin to produce organic fertilizer. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THE RULES OF SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION: we separate plastic, metals, paper, glass, wet, non-recyclable waste. It is also IMPORTANT not to smoke in the accommodation and not to light fires or firecrackers. For security reasons, it is not allowed to have parties or bring unauthorized people inside.
