La Borderie is bookable for a minimum of 7 nights. It is a recent holiday home in a rural and peaceful setting. This gite can accommodate up to 12 people and has a private heated swimming pool. As clear as it is spacious, it will offer you a haven of peace thanks to its quiet environment and its breathtaking view of the golf course, castles and the valley. Subtle decor, noble materials such as stone and wood, are a reflection of certain comfort. The house has been designed to be as functional as it is pleasant to live in: a large American kitchen open to a dining area itself overlooking the living room for the impression of further enhanced space. The house has 5 bedrooms equipped with large beds (twin single beds of 180×200 and 1 bed 200 ×200) one of which is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, a new relaxation area awaits young and old, one of which in one of the rooms composed of 2 bunk beds 90 will delight children. For day and night comfort, the bathrooms are spread over each level with a large bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet on the ground floor and a shower room/toilet with shower upstairs in each bedroom. The cottage is equipped with heating and a fireplace. Two terraces, one shaded, the other sunny, will allow you to enjoy lunch and lazy breaks, before letting you be tempted by the private pool, heated from mid May to mid September.
