Newly renovated beautiful mountain home. Conveniently located 15 minutes away from Evergreen, and 10 minutes from Aspen Park. Plenty of hiking and river excursions nearby. The home has two wood burning stoves that give the cabin an exceptionally cozy and comforting feel. There is a fenced in yard, so pets can run free, and a gas fire pit on the back patio where you can hang out with friends or family and enjoy the outdoors! 10 minute drive to Aspen Park, which has many amenities, restaurants, grocery stores, and our local neighborhood pub called The Well. They have an expansive patio, with live music on the weekends. Our closest hiking trails are Cub Creek Trail, which is a five minute drive up the road from our house, Maxwell Falls, which is a beautiful hiking destination, and a trail at the bottom of Shadow Mountain road where you can take a leisurely walk. There are many other hiking trails and state parks such as Staunton state park, Meyer Ranch, Reynolds park, Mt Evans, and plenty of other adventures. 15-20 minute drive to Evergreen, a quant mountain town where you can ice skate in the winter, hike in the summer, and enjoy a plethora of shops and restaurants. Platte river is about a 20 minute drive away where you can enjoy a day on the river, and experience the local restaurant Zoka's and enjoy views. From there you can head up to the Bucksnort, a quirky neighborhood dive bar, nestled deep in the mountains, where you're sure to have a great time! We have all sorts of wildlife in the area! When driving around, please be conscientious of that. Deer are often crossing the road in our neighborhood.
