Milking Parlour has a private wood-fired hot tub, enclosed garden, lake walks and a quiet setting at the end of a private drive with no passing traffic. Set on a small farm, it’s peaceful and well placed for exploring Pembrokeshire. The space Milking Parlour is a comfortable two-bedroom cottage, well suited to couples or a small family, and finished to a Visit Wales 5-star standard. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen designed for home cooking with everything you need for memorable meals, from family suppers to intimate breakfasts. It forms part of a small, well-spaced farmstead made up of three cottages and the farmhouse, all reached by a private drive. The layout has been carefully designed so each cottage feels calm and private, while still benefiting from a quiet, lived-in setting. Guest access Milking Parlour is entirely your own space, with a private, enclosed garden, patio seating and a wood-fired hot tub. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the wider grounds, including walking around the lake following paths through a wildlife-rich area with abundant birdlife, and using the small rowing boat. There is a shared area with a stone fire pit and seating, shared between the three cottages on the farmstead. A communal laundry room and wood shed are available for guest use, along with a lockable storage space suitable for bikes or outdoor equipment. Other things to note Milking Parlour is part of a small, quiet farmstead rather than a completely isolated location. Privacy has been carefully designed using stone walls and established planting, and most guests comment on how peaceful it feels. The wood-fired hot tub is filled with fresh spring water for each stay and heated using a wood-burning furnace. Heating typically takes between 3 and 4½ hours depending on outdoor temperature, and an initial supply of logs is provided. We’re in a rural setting, around 1.8 miles from the nearest village shop. Dogs are welcome, and the cottage is maintained to a consistently high standard of cleanliness. Set on the edge of the Preseli Hills, the cottages offer a peaceful base for exploring Pembrokeshire. You’re well placed for hill walks, country lanes and wildlife-rich countryside, while also being within easy reach of beaches, coastal paths, villages and market towns across the county.
