NEW: Beautiful apartment with pool & sauna to relax

This cozy 1 room apartment is perfectly suited for two people who want to actively relax. In summer, the beautiful pool invites you to swim and unwind. The sauna will provide additional pure relaxation. There are several beautiful hiking trails in the area within walking distance. The space The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house in the middle of a beautiful, varied garden. The municipality of Oberhausen an der Donau is located a few kilometers west / southwest of Neuburg an der Donau. The municipality has a population of about 3,000 people. Oberhausen is conveniently located, close to the B16. In the village, there is a train station from where, for example, Neuburg can be reached in 5 minutes or Ingolstadt in less than 30 minutes. Guest access There's a separate entrance to the apartment. Guests have access next to the apartment with a private outdoor seating in the garden, the pool, sauna, a pool, a pool room. Because we always get the question whether the pool is private: the pool is also used by us. Other things to note We offer the apartment for the first time here at Airbnb.
