CaSavè. A Sicilian villa on the Mediterranean Sea

Built in 1973, CaSavè is one of the oldest villas in the center of the wild Contrada Fiori, near Menfi, a small town located on the southwestern coast of Sicily. The space Surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden, overlooking the sea and dunes, CaSavè is the perfect place for travelers with cultural interests and in search of authenticity. Staying at CaSavè does not mean living in a luxury apartment, equipped with the latest modern comforts: if you are looking for the latest technology, then this house is not for you. The choice to maintain the old standards, in fact, stems from the desire to keep its historical features, nature, and tradition intact, while enjoying all the comforts a villa can offer. CaSavè is the legacy of grandfather Saverio, a man who, throughout his life, took care of it with love and dedication: today, we carry on his work and choose to make it accessible to travelers from all over the world. Guest access CaSavè has a large private parking lot on the property, which is accessed from a private road. The villa is located on two levels: we have chosen to make the apartment accessible on the ground floor to facilitate guests with mobility problems and to better enjoy the scents of its immense garden. Other things to note The property reaches the sea and is surrounded by several plants typical of Sicilian vegetation. Guests can also enjoy gardening. Otherwise, they can relax and read a book.
