The first floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room and a small bathroom. My home is pet friendly but do ask that you inform us if your pet will be accompanying you. It goes with out saying that we do expect you to clean up pet. We have maximized sleep capacity while maintaining ambiance by adding a queen size pull out sofa-bed in the living room. Guest access Both floors and all rooms are available to guests. Private areas are: Attic and enclosed side of the basement. Laundry is now available. Other things to note We supply bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (please note due to covid the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are hotel style bottles)All sheets, pillow cases and towels are freshly washed before your arrival. We initially provide some basic foods to get you started such as eggs, bread, bottled water and snacks. There are pillows and blankets available in the downstairs closet for the pull out sofa-bed in the living room. There is a first aid kit on the top shelf of the right hand cabinet in the kitchen. There is a fire extinguisher in the corner cabinet when you enter the kitchen, one in the basement and one in the master bedroom closet. We do not enter the house during your stay without notice unless there is an emergency. Trash collection is on Friday morning. If there is a holiday during the week trash collection is Saturday. We recycle. The larger blue bin is for recycling of paper, glass, plastic or metals. Trash/garbage that does not fit in the smaller blue barrel does require using blue bags provided by the town. There is always a new bag in the waste basket in the kitchen when you arrive. A blue bag is also in the drawer by the garbage barrel for any trash that will not fit in the outside barrel, if you need more blue bags just let us know. On Friday place the trash and recycling near the street grass side of the driveway before 7AM or the night before. We do ask that when checking out please leave used towels in the bathtub/ shower and leave any used beds unmade. This will help us prepare for our next guests. It goes without saving that we do expect you to clean up any mess and set the home in order before leaving. We will vacuum, sweep and wash all floors, change the beds and towels and prepare the house for the next guests.
