Trying to create a house that you'd rather return to, make a cup of fragrant, hot cocoa. And spend long winter evenings. One of the walls of the hall is completely panoramic. On the ground floor: 1. A bathroom with a shower cabin 2. A kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge. 3. A hall with panoramic windows. You can climb the stairs to the second floor. And there is an isolated cozy bedroom and a space with floor-to-ceiling windows, which is used as an office. The house was commissioned in January this year. There is WiFi in the house. There are 2 houses in the fenced area. Each has a small terrace. And its own parking space. There is a common barbecue area. The entrance to the premises is an automatic electric gate. Guest access Parking for cars on the premises. Other things to note Charcoal for barbecue and frying utensils are provided at check-in. The deposit is 4000 rubles by card transfer or cash (at check-in). It is returned immediately after cleaning the house after check-out. I would also like to emphasize that we have a concept of a quiet family vacation and the number of guests is strictly limited to the number of guests declared in the booking. If you come with pets, I don't mind and I love them very much. But remember that the cleanliness of the house and the safety of things is your area of responsibility. For animals, the additional cleaning fee is 700 rubles. This money goes to additional, more thorough cleaning of the house and the grounds. Thank you!
