Outside, there's off-road parking for three cars, parking for boat trailers, a private, enclosed lawn garden with decking, furniture and a barbecue and a patio with hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Pets are to be kept downstairs and please bring your own dog beds, blankets and towels. Find a shop and pub within 0.7 miles. No smoking.
