Due to our own health, we do not accept animals. There is Starlink wireless internet & Roku TV available to you. Outside there’s a place to have a BBQ or campfire & enjoy the outdoors. The Battenkill River is near by to fly fish or tubing. Board games and books available for rainy days. Very close to Vermont, Saratoga Springs &Lake George. The space Country cottage is located at the top of the hill adjacent to owners property. Your own private lawn area. Open area to full kitchen/washer & dryer next to area with small table & chairs & love seat. One bedroom with queen size bed, plus a single air mattress available for a child to sleep , along with a dresser & small closet for your clothes. Full bathroom with walk in shower. Porch has small table w/chairs. Outside there is a patio table & chair set, gas grill (with propane) and open firepit (wood available for your use) with privacy wall. A sweet getaway. Guest access Parking is right in front of the cottage (whole cottage is yours). If you have a third guest we have a small love seat or we have a single air mattress available. You have your own lawn and cook out area. BBQ grill and propane provided for you. Table and chairs to eat outside if you would like. Other things to note Some books are available for reading and an alarm clock if you need one. Some boardgames in the cupboard or enjoy cooking out. Relax and enjoy. Wireless internet is available if you need to work while here or want to use it for your personal use. Some great breweries, ice cream shops and places to get homemade cider donuts, maple syrup and other great items are close by. Very close to Vermont, Saratoga Springs and Lake George.
