Modern home located only 15 minutes from Downtown LA! Bright and spacious, this home has 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Plush mattresses and soft linens will help you relax and refresh after a long day of work or play. The open kitchen/dining/living space makes our place ideal for entertaining and relaxing. Welcome to Eagle Rock, a vibrant and exciting neighborhood in northeast LA; and appreciate LA in comfort and style! The space Our house is part of a side-by-side duplex. You will be renting only this unit. The neighboring unit is also a short term rental. In addition to being modern and bright, our house has a functional floor plan. Each room is thoughtfully decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind. We provide a total of 4 queen beds and 2 sofa sleepers spread out amongst 4 bedrooms and 3 levels. Please note that one of the bedrooms is the owner’s bedroom. This property is an owner occupied property and the owner may or may not be residing at the property during your visit. The owner travels a lot during the year but if she happens to be in Los Angeles during your visit, she will let you know at time of booking. Or if you’d like, please inquire at time of booking if the whole house will be available during your visit. Our nightly rate is good for up to 6 guests. We charge an extra $25/night per additional guest (after the initial 6). There is a 10 guest maximum at our house. Please note that there is no on site parking—street parking only. There are plenty of parking spaces on the street but please be sure to read the parking signs for restricted days/hours—street sweeping days. Exterior security cameras and Ring alarm system provides guests with added security and peace of mind. The ground floor is where the garage is located. Please note there is no parking in the garage. The washer/dryer is located in the garage for your laundry needs. On the second floor, the open kitchen/dining/living room occupies a bright space. Behind the kitchen at the end of the hall is a large bedroom which offers a queen bed and a sofa sleeper. A full bathroom is located next to the bedroom. On the 3rd floor, the there are 3 more bedrooms. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom and the master bedroom has its own private bathroom. Bedroom 1: one queen bed and one sofa sleeper (will be locked and not available if owner is in town) Bedroom 2: one queen bed Bedroom 3: one queen bed Bedroom 4: one queen bed and one sofa sleeper Living room: large sectional Each floor is provided with a 50” TV with Netflix. To ensure you have a safe and awesome stay, I’ve listed some general house rules. 1. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by guests over 25 years old. 2. No pets allowed on property without host’s written approval. 3. This is a NO smoking property—so absolutely no smoking in the house. Any evidence of smoking in the house will result in a $2500 fine and immediate cancellation of your reservation. 4. We have a zero drug policy on illicit drugs. 5. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. Please respect our neighbors and the neighborhood. Our neighbors on both sides of the property are sensitive to loud gatherings. Loud talking or music during our quiet time hours (9pm - 8am) is not allowed. 6. We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible. If there is a maintenance issue we reserve the right to enter the property with no notice. 7. No Additional guests inside the house other than the number indicated on your original reservation. Meaning if you book for 2 people, you can not have more than 2 people at the house at any time. We count infants as guest. Please let me know if you plan on having any additional guests at the house. We charge an extra $25/night for each additional guest if you let me know ahead of time of their visit. If however we discover that additional guests are at the property without our knowledge (but it is captured on camera), we will charge $50/night per extra guest. 8. Food on plates need to be put inside the trash along with taken out to prevent bugs. Trash pick up days are on Mondays. Please move any trash bins that have trash in them onto the street on Sunday, so that they can be emptied. 9. We have security cameras located on the property for guest protection. We only have cameras on the outside of the property and would never violate anyone’s privacy. Other than that, please have fun. Our place is amazing; you won't regret your stay! :-) Guest access Guests have access to all rooms on our property. In the event that owner is in town during your visit, her bedroom will be locked.
