Apartment Memoir - central, metro/airport

Located in a building from the early 1900s, our renovated 65 sq. m. apartment is equipped with everything needed. There is a direct metro connection to the airport and railway station, and all major sights are within walking distance. Note: As a licensed tourist accommodation, we gather ID info about our guests and register everyone staying. The space PERFECTLY located in the heart of Sofia's colorful, multicultural historical center. You will find all the major sights within walking distance. The metro from the nearby Serdika metro station (280m) will take you directly to the airport, bus, and railway stations. We provide amenities, quality linen, fresh towels, as well as starter quantities of toilet paper, shampoo, dishwasher and laundry detergent for your first couple of days. The air conditioners in each room are in charge of both heating and cooling. The apartment is ideal for 2, but it can easily sleep 4 (with an extra charge) thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a water kettle. You will also find a coffee machine with a few complimentary coffee pods to get you started on your first day; more can be obtained from the supermarket. You will also find all the needed cooking utensils and cutlery. We offer a fast and unlimited internet connection (100Mbps, fiber optic) with both Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity. You can enjoy cable TV channels in English, French, Russian, and Bulgarian as well as a complimentary Netflix subscription on the SmartTV in the living room. Guest access You will have the entire 65 sq. m. apartment to yourself. Check-in starts at 3 p.m. and check-out is by 11 am. We can't offer bag storage, but third-party storage lockers are not far away. Other things to note The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no lift/elevator, so you will have to use the stairs. The apartment overlooks a lively commercial street, which is very quiet at night. However, if you are a light sleeper, be aware that there is potential for noise if you keep the windows open due to trams passing. You will be staying in a residential building with no permanent staff present. Please avoid disturbing our neighbors with loud noises or personal requests.
