Are you looking for a pleasant and quiet place in nature where you and your loved one lack nothing? Then book your luxury apartment with us in the terraced house with outdoor hot tub under an open roof. Parties of any kind are not allowed due to the exclusive furnishings and the desired tranquility. Late check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and cost 20 CHF. The space The apartment offers you a unique feeling of modern architecture, luxury, country life in the fresh air, beautiful landscapes with hills and forests, proximity to Lake Murten, Lake Wohlensee and the "Saane" river. All photos, including the hot tub, represent the rental property, which is exclusively available for guests. Bern (15 min by car) is close enough for a spontaneous city trip. All rooms are thoroughly ventilated, cleaned and disinfected after each booking. The apartment is also used by the owner (friends/family) outside of bookings. Guests who are new to Airbnb (i.e. who do not yet have positive reviews) are invited to submit a credit card or ID for the duration of their stay. Any damage must be reported to the cashier of your own liability insurance. Guest access The apartment includes a living area of 100sqm, a large bedroom including direct access to the bathroom. Likewise, there is another bathroom. The open kitchen completes the excellent indoor climate. The large terrace of 65sqm is accessible through three sliding doors and is equipped with sun loungers, dining table and an outdoor jacuzzi as a highlight. In the pool is an unobstructed view of the stars possible while the rest of the terrace is covered. Other things to note Do more of what makes you happy. We are happy to offer a bottle of Prosecco. Smoking indoors and unannounced additional guests are not allowed. The apartment is not suitable for children.
