The house is situated in a calm and quiet land side surrounded by palms and coconut trees. There is a nice view of fabulous paddy field. The place is just 600 meters away from the Narigama beach, which is the best surfing spot in Hikkaduwa. The space The house is suitable for friends or family, 6-7 people. Apartment includes 3 rooms, each room has bathroom, there is 1 sitting room and kitchen. Each room has double bed with mosquito net and overhead fans plus one of the room has AC and hot water. Kitchen is supplied by all needed kitchenware including fridge and gas stove. The house has huge beautiful garden with palms, jackfriuts, rocks and lake. Guest access The house and the entire area surrounding it, with its outdoor grill terrace, garden, and outdoor seating area, are for the guests. Other things to note The price does not include the use of air conditioning. Depending on the length of the reservation, the price per air conditioner is 500-1000 LKR/day. Guest will be provided the basic supplies including toiletries, paper products, cleaning necessities, kitchen basics etc. necessities to get them started, however if things need to be replenished during the stay, guest will be responsible for doing so.
