A 3 bedroom, 2.5 home located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our house can sleep up to 8 people with an air mattress or 6 people in one king and 2 queen-size beds. There is an attached sun room (12' x 24') providing an extra eating area and sofa. There is a small deck on the back of the house with a gas grill. wifi available. We are located 22 miles from the Bristol Motor Speedway; 62 miles from the Biltmore Estate; and 98 miles from Knoxville. A 2 story house with a newly renovated kitchen and dining room! The downstairs has a large living area and a sun room porch for relaxing at the end of a long day. All three bedrooms are located upstairs and include queen beds. There is over 1700 square feet of living space! Guests will have access to the entire home and all of its amenities, including washer/dryer, parking, etc. We will greet guests at the property to hand over keys and answer any questions! Although we will not be present at the property during your stay, we will be available by phone/text. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Our street is great for walks and our location is central to anything you want to do in in Jonesborough, Greeneville, or Johnson City! The house is less than 3 miles from downtown Jonesborough!
